Hi, I am Tomo!

I’m a dance photographer based in Vancouver, BC with a deep passion for capturing the beauty, emotion, and energy that dance brings to life.

My journey into photography began with capturing moments on streets, and over time, that passion naturally evolved into a focus on movement and expression that tells a story. Each dancer has their own unique expression, and my goal is to document those moments in time, preserving the spirit, the struggle, and the triumph that comes with every movement.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with dancers of all styles—ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, and everything in between—and I’m always excited to collaborate with dancers, choreographers, and dance companies to bring their vision to life.
